David Krider, President David’s vision of providing high quality fencing and watering products for the Management Intensive Grazing sector of agriculture has rather quickly evolved into “World Class Fencing at Affordable Prices”. His combined business and marketing background, along with many years of experience raising and grazing sheep, goats, cattle (dairy and beef), horses, and poultry has provided the vision and inspiration to turn PowerFlex Fence into a global business. David handles our product selection, ordering and inventory control. He also manages International relations.

Terre Boyer, Accounting/Office Manager Terre, joined Powerflex Fence early in our first year of operation. She wears as many or more hats as any of us, and we appreciate her hard work. Terre and her husband, Glen, raise black angus cattle on an intensive grazing system. Terre understands our product line as well as the numbers. She is very proud of her 3 sons and 7 grandchildren. Terre is also a very talented musician.

Connie Krider, Marketing Director Connie has a great eye for ad design and has been very accurate in selecting where we advertise. We appreciate her hard work in our operation. She also has an extensive background in sheep and goat management and helps out on the phone and many other areas of our business. Along with husband, David, they presently raise cattle, sheep and Lack Black hogs. They have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.

Lynn Pipkins, Bookkeeping/Sales Lynn is often the first voice you hear when you call Powerflex. She had a job milking cows at the age of 14 and has a diverse agricultural background. She grew up in our local Hartville community and has an extensive background in business and communications. Lynn is the mother of a 4 year old daughter.

Steve Domokos, Warehouse Manager Steve oversees the shipping and receiving department. He is originally from northern Illinois. After retiring from a career in telecommunications and moving to Missouri, Steve worked as a fence installer for 15 years specializing in horse fencing. Steve and his wife have two young sons, and the family enjoys their Paint horses.

Heather Johnson, Ground Shipping Specials Heather moved to the Ozarks from Minnesota. She and her two children are new to the grass farming business, but are learning quickly the benefits of MiG practices. Heather wears many hats at Powerflex, but devotes most of her time to UPS and mail order shipments.

Billy Dugger, Motor Freight Specialist Billy brings with him a background in welding and sales and is currently working on a degree in Mass Communications. He grew up in our local Hartville area and is well thought of in our community. He has learned our products and systems quickly and has added some good organizational ideas for our warehouse.

Sarah King, Receptionist Sarah is the newest member of the PowerFlex team. She is often the first voice you hear when calling. Sarah grew up on a beef farm and also has had experience milking dairy cows. She worked in a veterinary office before coming to PowerFlex. Sarah and her husband have one son who is a high school bull riding champion.
